  • Reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking.

  • All reservations are considered tentative until confirmed by the hotel through the payment confirmation process.

  • Guests must provide valid contact details and identification when making a booking.


2️⃣ Payment Requirement

  • Currently, bank transfer is the primary method of payment for room bookings.

  • Guests will receive the hotel’s official bank account details upon reservation.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully received and verified by the hotel.

  • Guests are requested to send proof of payment to the hotel for timely confirmation.


3️⃣ Flexible Check-In and Check-Out

  • Guests may check in at any time of the day, provided that rooms are available and prepared for occupancy.

  • Check-out is generally expected within 24 hours of check-in.

  • Early arrivals or extended stays are accommodated based on room availability and must be confirmed with the front desk.


4️⃣ Modifications to Booking

  • Guests may request changes to their reservation, including dates, room type, or number of guests.

  • Modifications are subject to room availability at the time of the request.

  • The hotel reserves the right to determine whether requested changes can be accommodated.


5️⃣ Cancellations
